A Letter to Our Sponsors

Dear Community Supporter:

The Kiwanis Club of Bartlesville works diligently each year to support youth-serving organizations, to recognize individual students and to facilitate annual family-friendly community events.

  • Grants have been awarded to the Boys & Girls Club, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Youth & Family Services, Washington County School Supply Program, Bartlesville Public School Foundation, the Salvation Army and others.

  • Kiwanis recognizes outstanding students throughout Washington County, awarding scholarships for continuing and higher education. The basis of these awards is a combination of leadership and community involvement.   

  • Kiwanis will present the following community events in 2025:

    • Kids Fishing Derby at Jo Allyn Lowe Park - May 10, 2025

    • Freedom Fest at Sooner Park on July 4th

    • Celebrate Giving – showcasing nonprofit organizations (tentative date November 11)

    • The Bartlesville Christmas Parade – Saturday, December 6, 2025

Kiwanis raises funds for its activities in part by operating and maintaining the popular Sooner Jr. Miniature Golf Course, located at Sooner Park. Kiwanis has operated Sooner Jr. since 2002. In addition, we rely on sponsorships and contributions from businesses and individuals to successfully deliver our commitments to students and our community.

We are sharing this information with you as you have supported community events in the past and we’d like to offer you the opportunity to extend your support to Kiwanis events. Attached is a list of sponsor opportunities for your review. If you’d like to designate specific areas and/or amounts feel free to do so. You may return the following form by mail or you may go directly to the online form at https://www.bartlesvillekiwanis.org/sponsor or the QR code below. A Kiwanis member will contact you in the next few days to discuss your selection(s), to provide more benefit details and to confirm payment method(s).
